Tour Plan

Day 1 Meet you in the Casablanca airport and drive to your hotel

After you arrive in Casablanca, you will meet our driver/guide at the airport and drive you to your hotel in Casablanca-Madina, the heart of the largest city in Morocco. Our driver will be close to you in case you want to be taken to have your dinner outside.

Day 2 Casablanca-Rabat

After having breakfast, you will start your journey by visiting the Hassan II Mosque, the largest one in Morocco then drive you by the “Cornish” seaside going to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you will spend the night in a nice riad. 

After arriving to Rabat, you will stop by the seaside restaurants to have your lunch and taste the Moroccan fish. After enjoying your lunch, you will start visiting the most famous historical monuments of Rabat, including the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Kasbah of the Udayas, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Mohamed VI Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. Day 3 Rabat-Chefchaouen city

 

Today’s target is heading to Chefchaouen, the Morocco’s Blue City, which is a truly beautiful town with appropriately blue walls and majestic mountains overlooking the characterful town. After leaving Rabat you will take the highway to Kenitra, passing by one of the greenest countryside of Morocco. By the halfway, you will get to Ouazzane, where you will stop for your lunch. Then you will start climbing the Rif Mountains, where you can enjoy the Rif’s landscape. Day 4 Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes

After your breakfast in the riad, you will get the opportunity to explore the blue city with a local guide. In this town which has so many little stories and hidden finds, you will learn about the majestic walls and gates of the town; admire the small signs of early life through the flour mill; and enjoy the medina’s beautiful natural water spring before getting crowded with visitors. Then you will drive to the next destination, passing by the first point Volubulis, the impressive Roman ruins and the best-preserved archaeological site in Morocco. About 33Km north,you will be in the second point, Meknes, one of the four imperial cities in Morocco, here where you will have lunch then visit the fames places in Meknes as Bab Mansour,a huge gate with arches and mosaic tiling, and Lahdim Square. After the visit, you will move to Fes city where you will spend the night.

Day 5 Exploring Fes, Mecca of the West

 Today is devoted to immersing yourself in the mesmerizing Fez Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for a guided sightseeing tour. The labyrinthine streets of the medina offer a sensory overload of colors, sounds, and scents. You’ll visit the Bounania Madrasa, a splendid example of Moroccan architecture, and observe the traditional leather Tannery which is one of the oldest tanneries in the world since the 12th century. The lively souks of Fez beckon you to explore and shop for a variety of Moroccan goods, from intricately designed rugs to aromatic spices. Don’t forget to sample local delicacies like pastilla and harira in the medina. 

We will ensure that you visit all sites of cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University (the oldest in the region), the Attarine Museum and Mulay Idriss Mausoleum. After lunch, we will visit the Tiles Cooperative and then experience a wonderful panoramic view over the whole medina of Fez.

Day 6 fez – Merzouga via Atlas Mountains

As you leave Fez, you’ll set out on a captivating journey through Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains. The road takes you to Ifrane, often referred to us “Little Switzerland” due to its European-inspired architecture and clean streets. Next, you’ll traverse the forested area of Azerou, where tall cedar trees provide a striking contrast to the desert landscapes you’ll encounter later in the day,and stop to see the Barbarian Apes in their natural habitat. after having lunch in Midelt (the Apple city) by the half way to the desert, you will continue your journey via Tizi N Talghamt pass, which takes its name from the Berber Language and means the Camel pass according to the former Berber caravan trades who used to that road, heading to Errachidia city and the beautiful Ziz Valley through the mid-Atlas mountain chain and stop for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani.  By the evening, you’ll reach Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Here, you’ll check in at your hotel and rest your head after a long-adventured day.offering an authentic desert experience under the starlit sky.

Day 7 Merzouga village

After breakfast at the hotel, it’s time to explore the Merzouga area. Afterwards your journey begins with a 4×4 tour to explore the diverse landscapes, including seasonal lakes and oases. old Vegan’s mines (eyeshadow), meet the nomadic Berbers behind the dunes in their natural habitat, and visiting KHAMLIA village (Blacks’ village inhabited with the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle). 

  

In the afternoon, return to Merzouga, where you’ll start your camel trekking into the sand dunes. And make your cameras ready for a life dream pictures of the magnificent sunset above the golden sand dunes. Your evening will be filled with traditional Moroccan hospitality, including a delicious dinner and the opportunity to experience the magic of the desert night. You’ll sleep under the starry Sahara sky in your luxury desert camp.

Day 8 Merzouga Village - Toudgha Gorges - Dades valley

After breakfast in your hotel, we will drive through Boumale Dades passing by Erfoud which is famous by fossils dating back a hundreds of millions of years, then to the Berber village of Tinjdade where we will have a stop for a drink or lunch if it’s the right time for it, then continue your journey via the high Atlas mountains to see the stunning gorges of Todgha where springs of water runs between the rocks and enjoy the views of natural beauty. After the visit to the gorges, the trip continues through the magic landscape of the Dades Valley where you will end the day spending the night in a nice hotel located on the top of the mountain to enjoy an over view of the valley and the mountains.

Day 9 Dades valley - Ouarzazette - Ait Ben Haddou kasbah - Marrakech

After breakfast in the hotel, you will travel through the Dades Valley towards Kalaa M’gouna and Ouarzazat. The route through Dades Valley is called, “the way of the thousand kasbahs” – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip in both the cities, famous for its roses and the cinema city of Ouarzazate. We will pass by Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. the largest Kasbah in Morocco, built by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains. During the beginning of the XXth Century, it used to be one of his stops during his long travels from the Sahara to Marrakech, now it is a UNESCO heritage site. After that, we will begin to cross the high Atlas mountains with many panoramic views and attractive Berber villages all along the way till Marrakech.

Day 10 Marrakech Sightseeing

Dive into the enchanting city of Marrakech with the guidance of a knowledgeable local guide. The day’s exploration begins at the Bahia Palace, an architectural marvel with intricate tilework and lush gardens. Next, you’ll visit the Jardin Majorelle, a serene oasis of exotic plants and vibrant blue structures, designed by French painter Jacques Majorelle. The Koutoubia Mosque, with its stunning minaret, is a must-visit landmark. Spend the afternoon at the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where you can explore the lively souks, savor street food, and experience the unique street performances and traditions that have made Marrakech famous.

Day 11 Enjoy a free day to explore Marrakech

 

 

Today you will be on your own and if you would like to have a cooking class or trying the Moroccan Hammam (traditional bath), our Team will help to arrange it for you.

Day 12 Transfer to the Airport

On your final day, the plan depends on your flight schedule. If you have a flight departing from Marrakech, you can explore the city further, do some last-minute shopping in the souks, or simply relax at your hotel. Alternatively, if your flight is from Casablanca, you’ll travel back to the economic capital of Morocco, where you can engage in any last-minute sightseeing or shopping before heading to the airport for your departure.
